Biography of Elizabeth Aisha Fears

When it comes to fitness there are many ways to accomplish the goal of losing weight and achieving a nicely firm structured body. Losing weight takes a lot of effort, hard dedication, when I say commitment, I mean that. 

During the transition of weight, commitment is your best friend.  It is the only thing that will see you through. With understanding your body, you will understand yourself as an individual.  


You will discover all dislikes and likes, weaknesses, and strengths.  This is very important when seeking to be fit.   There is nothing like living a fit life, being consistent, seeing the results, being strong.

This is something that I learned in working with my Trainer and husband Carl E. Fears of Got Muscle Health Club.  Please fasten your seat belt as I travel through my weight loss journey. 

Going back 17 years ago, my weight was always at the top of my list. The thought of being overweight scared me deeply. This is when Mr. Fears the owner of Fierce Fitness at the time, now called Got Muscle Health Club came into my life. 

As I reflect back, I started training with Carl at the right time. I was eager and ready to be taken to the next level of intensity.

The first lessons learned from Carl were

•    Understand what I was eating versus what I should
     not eat 

•    Develop goals that would help in the success of
     weight loss

•    Discover the hidden secrets of meal plans and
     workouts…20% workout, 80% food

•    Discover the power in keeping a daily journal

•    Read, understand, ask questions, and listen

•    Proper supplements

•    Power of water

The lessons listed above are lessons that were taught to me by Carl Fears.  He believes that all should understand and believe in the game of True Fitness, in order to reach the goal of weight loss.

As for me, today I am still going full blast with my training, teaching aerobic classes, and actively competing.  My last show was November 13, 2010 WNBF Worlds Pro.  Prior to that, I competed in the US Cup Figure and Body Building Competition, September 26, 2009.  Winning 1st place in woman’s open pro figure and placing 2nd in woman’s pro Ms. Fit Body. 

I also competed in 1997 with another organization, going forward I give all thanks to my wonderful husband of 11 years Carl Fears, owner of  Got Muscle Health Club, he will take you there as long as you are determined to get there. 

There is a slogan that goes HOW BAD DO YOU WANT IT? 


Well I wanted to be FIT and I reached my goal.  Now I am just adding to what has been developed. 

If you want to be transformed the rule is to work hard, be consistent and don’t get distracted. 

As Co-owner of Got Muscle, I must say we care about TRUE FITNESS, it is a LIFESTYLE.

FYI:  Overall I lost a total of 45lbs throughout my 17 year journey of FITNESS.
