A True Story of Body Transformation When it comes to fitness there are many ways to accomplish the goal of losing weight and achieving a nicely firm structured body. Losing weight takes a lot of effort, hard dedication, when I say commitment, I mean that. During the transition of weight, commitment is your best friend. It is the only thing that will see you through. With understanding your body, you will understand yourself as an individual. |

This is something that I learned in working with my Trainer and husband Carl E. Fears of Got Muscle Health Club. Please fasten your seat belt as I travel through my weight loss journey. Going back 17 years ago, my weight was always at the top of my list. The thought of being overweight scared me deeply. This is when Mr. Fears the owner of Fierce Fitness at the time, now called Got Muscle Health Club came into my life. As I reflect back, I started training with Carl at the right time. I was eager and ready to be taken to the next level of intensity. |

There is a slogan that goes HOW BAD DO YOU WANT IT? If you want to be transformed the rule is to work hard, be consistent and don’t get distracted.
