About Me:

I am a Health and fitness enthusiast. I am passionate about inspiring others to believe in themselves and you can achieve anything you want. With a health and strong mind, all things are possible. Never give up.

I was always fascinated with muscle and the look of a fit feminine physique. My dad was a huge influence growing up as he was always active and in the gym. He continues to be my role model to this day. My journey began when I was about 21 years old, as that’s when I was first introduced to the iron. I really loved the way my body and muscle were taking shape and that I was becoming stronger.

At that time I had only dreamed of being able to compete. Fast forward to the age of 30 and my dream finally became my reality. I stepped on stage in my first figure competition in 2007 and I won my class that night. I felt so accomplished, and I knew that it was just the beginning.

 I love this sport, it has shown me how strong I am both mentally and physically. I love the dedication, the discipline and the rewards that come along with it. This lifestyle is not just about competing for me, but it’s my own journey I’m on, and there is no finish line.

I made my dreams my reality.

My burning desire to be my best and constantly take my body to new levels is my motivation. What I’m up to now I currently work as a Personal Trainer at World Gym in northern California. That keeps me very busy.

I’m also working on the finishing touches of my personal website which will be operating within the next month. My competition season is over for the year, and my next shows are going to be summer 2012.

 I will continue each day to work hard and be positive in pursuit of my IFBB pro card.

I am grateful each day I am healthy and able to live my desired life, I thank my fiancé Tony for all the support over the years and for always believing in me.
