Jackee Martinez

My name is Jackee Martinez.

I am 31 years old with 3 children 5, 3 and 6 months old.

I am a Strength and Conditioning Coach and Health coach.

My story started after my I had my first child I chose to make a conscious decision to dedicate my life to fitness and health. being a ordeal model to my kids made me want to be the best I can be.

I went and studied health and fitness and became a personal trainer.

I used to do a lot of card and became thin however I wanted more I wanted the sexy, strong body that the women who lift weights have. So whilst I was studying I chose the goal to compete with the ANB in sports model.

I learnt so much about the industry and about myself! I knew it would be a challenge getting up early to do cardio, then back to the gym a night for weights. Not to mention the food I had to prepare fresh everyday.

It required 100% DISCIPLINE However It changed my life. I think prepping for a comp is one this but when you make it up on the stage its the most life changing experience.

Being out of your comfort zone gives you the ability to go on and to bigger and better things.

I then dedicated my business to helping and supporting more Women change their body and LIFE!

I have worked with many women from as young as 17 to 53 and I can reassure ANYONE can change their body!

Yes its possible no matter what age. I specialise in body sculpting to help my clients achieve the best body the can possibly have.

I love what I do and the gratification from seeing my clients not only change their body but their whole life Is so rewarding. I'm an now on my own journey to regain my bod after recently having my 3rd child who is 6 months old. I always set myself goals in life.

I'm in training for my first figure comp coming up in 2012.

I understand how hard it can be with young children and sleepless nights, house duties, work etc. I guess its all balance and commitment.

The most important thing I tell all my clients is -

FITNESS AND HEALTH IS HABITUAL IT MUST BECOME PART OF YOUR LIFESTYLE.
