Brooke Dunlop - Bellabuff Team:

 

I am the coach of the Female fitness team 'Team BellaBuff' which includes national and world class athletes that I have trained from novice gym lovers to australian representatives and international place winners.

I am currently in training for competition after the birth of my second bub who has just turned 6months.

As well as being a full time mum, I am a Personal Trainer/ Group Fitness & Aerobics Instructor and founder of the BellaBuff brand which includes a gym wear range and sport supplement line available exclusively at Australian Sports Nutrition who are my major sponsor.

I just started training with Brooke Dunlop about 2 years ago and decided to compete last year in the Castle Hill and New Castle Show.

As a mother of two boys I love just doing something for myself and training with Brooke Dunlop is amazing, her knowledge and experience I find very inspirationally and I’m looking forward to doing many more comps.

The dieting sometimes I find a little hard but I just keep reminding myself it’s all worth it at the end and to know that you have achieved something like this is amazing.

I have been training with Brook Dunlop For about 4 years now and decided to become a Bella Buff and compete around June 2009. It’s such a great feeling Knowing you have reached your goal when you are standing up there on stage whether u place or not, its about reaching your own personal goal every time.

With work being so busy I fit most of my training in at 5am and always back in the evening. I like to give up my Sundays for Training as it’s my Favorite day to Train, Love not having to rush to work and I normally do my Favorite exercise….. LEGS!

My goals for this year are to compete in the ifbb in Sydney in March then head to Adelaide 2 weeks later.
Brooke has Taught me every thing I no and coached me the whole way thru, working on all of my Routines that have inspired others to join….. im Very Proud to be Apart of Bella Buff!

I currently am at uni studying Psychology.

Comp History: My first comp was last year in the ANB Asn Newcastle Classic. One month later I competed in ANB Nationals and this year I have competed in IFBB Dubbo. I have not placed at any comps however all have been so much fun and I learn something new each time I compete.

Gym I train at: Planet Fitness Lambton and Anytime Fitness at Edgeworth.

Trainer: Brooke Dunlop. I could not ask for a better trainer. Brooke has taught me alot and is a very inspirational person. She has became not just a trainer but a friend who I can always rely on. Brooke has made me realise I can achieve things that I never thought could be possible.

I’ve been training with Brooke for 3 years now and have just recently decided to be part of the Bella Buff Team.. I find Brooke to be a high inspiration in my life and am committed to follow this dream. It is very rewarding to see high end results and to know that all my dedication and time is paying off..

My absolute favourite body part to train is LEGS, love the feeling of them burning…

I am very excited to give it my absolute best and that’s what it is all about for me..

I train 6 days a week including Sundays. Saturday is my rest day, I ensure a good work life balance at times it is a struggle but you need good time management and ensure a self check every now and then. I work around my family, full-time work and my program..

I find the cheat days really rewarding and a great way to end the week and start a fresh new week..

My GOAL: TO feel and look good and confident every step of the way, no matter what it takes.. Live to work and train hard…
