Simple Exercises a Person Can Do At Home without Using Any Equipment

  • Walking

If the weather is pleasant, go outside for a walk and enjoy the surrounding scenery. If the weather is not good, you can climb up and down the stairs to burn your calories and fat over your legs. If you do not have stairs in your home, you can do jogging in place while watching TV.

  • Jumping jacks

Leg lifts are a great exercise to tone and strengthen your leg muscles. Being a beginner, you may not be able to do them with straight legs. You can slightly bend your legs to do the exercise.

  • Crunches

Crunches are best for building abdominal muscles. Initially, you will not be able to do proper crunches. Don’t worry as long as you are going up to the level where you feel stretching in abdominal muscles, you will get the benefits. Try side variations of crunches to build side abdominal muscles.

  • Squats

This is an effective exercise to burn fat from thigh and buttocks. Even doing a few, repetitions daily 3-5 times a day will give you amazing results.

  • Light weight lifting

Take water-filled bottles and treat them as dumbbells and start doing weight lifting exercises.

  • Dancing

If you don’t know by now, dancing not only lifts your spirit, but it is also a wonderful and effective exercise. You will get a good cardio workout while dancing. Play some music, start dancing and burn your fat.

Exercise is necessary to maintain a healthy body. You don’t need fancy expensive equipment to do exercises. Find some time from your busy life, do the above-mentioned exercises and stay fit.
