Hello. My name is Michelle Louise Witomski. I’m from Australia, born in the Melbourne suburb of Box Hill on the 21st September, 32 years ago and have lived in Melbourne all my life.
Mmmm, what would be my nickname? LOL. I have a couple, many people call me Mishka or Mish. My height is 162cm (5’6”), my off season weight is 60Kgs (132pds) and my competition weight is 53Kgs (117pds). I’m currently happy being single yet I believe I will find Mr. Right one day. Likewise having a family is something that I would like to do one day, but at the moment, I am focused on my competitive career. I would like to say “thank you” to my parents Mietek and Elizabeth Witomski and to my three beautiful sister’s Linda Baxter, Jane Roberson and Sharon Flint, “I love you” and they have been instrumental in helping me reach the top of my sport today. Though they are still coming to grips with this sport; they are always loving and supportive in all that I do. My school life was okay; through I enjoyed sports more than I did the classroom. As my father was a teacher, he always stressed the value of academics but he knew that I was more sports oriented. |

| . My previous employment concerned mainly personal relations and customer service and these did help nurture and hone my interpersonal stills. Though I enjoyed personal training; I also needed something else to actively engage the other parts of my mind as well as my body. As such I have been a debt collector now for four years but soon to get back into personal training and working with weight loss and children in obesity. Being more focused on shaping my body has meant that competing as a figure athlete (for the last two years) is ideal since it is a sport that really caters to my abilities. Competing is something that I enjoy so much, since the only person I am competing against, is myself. This appeals to my competitive and ambitious nature. As a result of my success in this field, my dreams was to become the first PRO figure competitor in the INBA/PNBA, representing Australia, prepping clients for competitions, helping clients reach their personal goals and share my story with the rest of the world. Hopefully, I can help inspire others to participate in this sport as it has provided me so many opportunities, introduced to me so many wonderful people and it has taught me more about myself than I could ever imagine. |

Goals & Future Aspirations:For 2011 I’m focusing on moving to USA and as a Pro Figure competitor for INBA/PNBA, getting involved in personal training, swimming/gymnastics coaching, weight loss and doing nutritional programs for children within schools and to help the kids of today society.
My passion is Life itself. As I never regret anything and value anytime I spend with friends, or doing what I enjoy most whether it is playing some casual netball, training at different gym’s or meeting different people. The same goes for holidays - I believe the destination doesn’t matter; it’s the people you take with you. As an Australian, I very much enjoy eating our world famous Tim Tam chocolate biscuits (off season of course) but since visiting the USA I have become a fan of Pizza’s, burger n’ curly fries at Jack in the Box and Reese’s peanut butter cups. I also very much enjoy mum’s cooking, and I know I will very much miss this when I am living in America. As I am very health-conscious I rarely drink alcohol and would much rather enjoy freshly squeezed orange juice or a lime spider. These go down very well whilst watching TV shows such as “Friends” or “Sex in the City.” My favorite movie would be “50 First Dates”. People that do not know me would say I rather spend my time sculpting my body at the gym than sitting in front of the TV. |

| I have been doing weights or resistance training since I was six years old, having undertaken gymnastics as a child. However, now I lift much more aggressive weights and enjoy the feeling of accomplishment from pushing-out more reps. Quite simply, training and doing weights is not just a passion but also the lifestyle I enjoy and believe I was meant to lead. My love of sports and physical activity comes from my father, with whom I credit for introducing me to sports. Likewise it means the world to me that my father and mother are proud to have a daughter as a champion athlete. My mother is more vocal than my quite father, but I love them both dearly and it makes them happy to see me follow my dreams.
My contest workout program changes from time to time while preparing for my competitions. The sets are heavy and the reps are short but I always do between 5 to 6 warms up sets before I start ?. The amount of weight I push is intense but I love this sport and strive to be the best in every way so I say, “BRING IT ON.” The sky’s the limit and my key is personal satisfaction, you must be happy within yourself and better than your last contest, cos who knows when it’s your last competition. I know if it was my last time on stage I want to finish on a high and be remembering for as an inspiration (smiles). Diet also changes slightly but closer to the contest it gets blander and not much taste. All I’ll say is anything GREEN is great and boiled chicken isn’t that bad!!! I believe that you do whatever it takes to succeed, and discipline is the key to that success. You need to be focused in training and dieting but this is my life and my journey and what I put in I only get back. |

| My life has always been pretty good and I live to the fullest with no regrets. “THE SKY’S THE LIMIT” after all. I live for sport and it has given me so much, not just a world-class body but also greater knowledge about myself as a person. I have always wanted to try the sport when I was in my 20’s, but was too busy partying and enjoying a more self-indulgent lifestyle, as we humans tend to do. When I got to 27 I made a decision to become “A FIGURE COMPETIOR” and once that happen my dreams only went higher, I want to become a “PRO figure Competitor” for the INBA/PNBA and I’ve never looked back and never will I training for 3 years before I hit the stage and my philosophy is to train to win and to do the very best you can do within yourself also. In the year of 2009 I won my first 3 contests (IFBB, INBA, ANB) through I have competed in several federations and respect them all, I realized that I truly enjoyed competing in the INBA and it has given me the best experience and fondest memories and they are family to me and to anyone else who decides to come over and compete with us all. |
