...... The condition David presented was simply out of this world and to gain this type of condition as any bodybuilder knows is not an easy thing to achieve. Well we want to share with you the story behind David as so many of you will not know the conditions this guy endures when preparing for a show.

....  With a huge emphasis on health and fitness, the philosophy that I embrace at my school is “With a fit and healthy mind the body can handle much more stress in a positive manner”

With that in mind, many of my  students went on to achieve many great things from winning major martial arts tournament titles, becoming confident in life, learning how to respect oneself as well as others and overcoming individual emotional distress.

Flicking through the pages of this particular edition of Oxygen, I was inspired by pages and pages of women with toned, strong and healthy looking physiques.

Determined to achieve anything close to the amazing bodies I had seen, I looked into getting a personal trainer.

...I’ve always been a pretty physically active person. I started taking dance classes at age five, kept dancing and taking gymnastics throughout school and also did track & field and volleyball as well.

I even started teaching aerobics when I was just 15 years old.

.... My story I was born in Kazakhstan, in the incredible and culturally rich city of Almati and moved to Melbourne, Australia with my family in 2000. Growing up in Almati was a child’s dream, with most of my time spent outdoors, climbing trees and being an active, healthy kid.

At the age of 8 I began swimming lessons, however when we moved to Australia I had the urge to push the limits of physical abilities.

.... I’m a true blue Aussie born and bred and have always liked to look and live life a little differently to the average person, hence the tattoos and my love of Body Building (BB) it’s certainly not for everyone; but it’s the sport and life style for me.

My love of body building started when I was in my early teens and I bought a book on women’s bodybuilding containing all the legendary greats of BB like the beautiful Cory Everson and strong and solid Bev Francis.
