Katherine Bradbury

I am 36 years old and  have only just as early as a year ago joined the Gym as an outlet for everything else going on in my life. I had never previously had the self confidence to join, and kept fit with running after my 3 little girls, although I have always been active, walking, running, and horse riding.

I decided I wanted more, my goal when I joined the gym was so put on weight and gain self confidence and worth. Without a personal trainer or nutristionist I set my goal on competing it wasnt easy but I wanted to see how far I could push myself.

My first competion was Inba Brisbane Titles I placed 5th in Sportmodel Tall, I was amazed to see my hard work had paid off and I had earned the place beside many beautiful women I admire.

My second competion Inba Qld Titles I place 3rd in Sportsmodel Tall, too finish off the season I also competed in Natural Universe although I didnt place I had achieved what I had set as my personal goal for the year.

2012 will be a great year I will be competing again earning my place up with the best sports/fitness models. I have gained so much in such a short time proving that if you work hard focus and put 100 % in you can achieve

2012 I am going do my cert 3 and 4 in fitness and study nutrition so I can share my passion and help others achieve their dreams.
