I discovered a love of the gym at 17 but really only became serious about it in 2004 when I had my first session with Glen Purtell. I train at the gym 5 days per week and love doing outdoor cardio early in the morning and paddling my surf ski whenever possible. I work full time and have a wonderful husband and two beautiful daughters. It has never been a question of how do I fit it all in - I just do because it is who I am. |

After the birth of my youngest daughter I remained overweight for quite some time. I had always admired muscular women and thought - I can do this. A friend suggested I see Glen and he has taught me about nutrition, training and getting the right balance of everything. Since then I have never looked back and can't imagine living any other way. It has done amazing things for my confidence and all aspects of my life. Achievements to Date: INBA QLD Titles 2007- 1st Novice |

To improve on my results at NABBA/WFF earlier this year. I am also competing in the IFBB QLD's. My aim this year is to get on stage as much as possible to build my confidence and belief in myself. I would also like to inspire women who I constantly hear saying they don't have time to eat well, train etc. We all have the same 24 hours in a day - its what we do with it that counts.
