Biography

I am Chinese and Vietnamese decent; born and raised in Canada with 3 sisters (2nd youngest).

I am passionate about fitness and nutrition; eating healthy and training is so important to me and is a lifestyle and not just a short term goal that usually one tries to achieve for a beach trip or for a competition.

I believe it to be a permanent regime in my life just like breathing and sleeping.

Born: Winnipeg, Manitoba

I currently reside in Toronto working in the finance industry. I have a degree in Economics and I also bartend and gogo dance on weekends.

I am extremely passionate about dancing and I am so fortunate to work at the biggest and most successful long running night clubs in Toronto; The Guvernment.

Dancing has forced me to keep me in shape and stay motivated in that path and I am very thankful for that.

I also find that dancing allows me to express myself in ways such like an Artist expresses his creativity through music, paintings and writings.

The thing I like most about fitness is challenging myself and how it empowers me; it gives me a goal and tests my limits of dedication and will power.

Although I have a busy work schedule; I always make the time to train; even if it requires me to being at the gym until midnight.

I placed 5th in my recent show at the WBFF World Championship out of 41 girls in the Diva Bikini division. This was my first show and I am very proud of my accomplishment. I have met great competitors and learned a lot about myself – my limits and dedication and will power.

There were times that I questioned what I was doing and doubted myself; however, regardless of how I felt at times, I am so happy that I did this and accomplished something that I never dreamed of doing. Never quit and perseverance does pay off!!!!

What I hate most about training: Cardio…..can be quite boring

My best feature: Skin….

My worst feature: My glutes…..cursed with the Asian genes….LOL

Favourite Music: House/Vocal Trance/Progressive Trance

Favourite Foods: Seafood….

Something shocking about me: I don’t eat rice or noodles…..(I’m a disgrace to my Asian community – LOL)

Favourite place to travel: Miami – my niece and nephew live there…love the beach and sun & love babysitting…..(LOL)!

Would love to visit Thailand
