About me

I was born in Melbourne on the Mornington Peninsula on the 1st of April 1984.
I have been a very determined and competitive girl from a very young age and have always strived to excel at all goals and aspects of my life.

Over the last 11 years I have been involved and experienced in a large variety of sports and training systems ranging from athletics, advanced level pole dancing classes to competitive bodybuilding.

I am very passionate and motivated person and tend to continue to learn and put goals in place so I can continue to develop and achieve in my personal life and also my Bodybuilding career.

I began weight training and a fitness regime at the age of 16, my father sent me down to the local gym in Mornington to start lifting some weights to increase my strength for my new career as a plasterer.

Yes I am a fully qualified "tradie" I worked as a plasterer on the tools for 6 years and then went on to teach apprentices at Holmesglen tafe for a further 3years.

I soon developed a new passion for weight training and loved all the changes that were starting to happen to my body shape and the benefits I was receiving from the styles of training I was doing. I would always flick through the bodybuilding magazine and admire the different body shapes and conditions and never thought I would ever achieve that type of physique or condition that the figure competitors had.

Until I joined Adrenalin gym in Mornington and met Donny Henderson-Smith. Donny gave me some advice on my diet and also gave me a training program, I was aiming to get myself in shape for a sports modelling job I was going to be doing at the V8 supercars in Bathurst.

Donny watched my body transforming quite rapidly and suggested I entered a figure competition. My first thought was "No way as if I was going to be able to get in shape like the girls in the magazines' but then thought well how did they get where they were? From where I was the bottom and worked their way up.

I then said to Donny "let’s do it" and I started my journey to the bodybuilding stage.

As I was training for my first show I decided to start a new career as a personal trainer as I continuously had woman asking me for advice on their training and nutrition and felt quite passionate about helping these woman.

That is when I joined forces with Donny Henderson-Smith and worked as a coach for DHS Bodybuilding.

So not only was I training woman to lose weight and transform their bodies and help them boost their self-esteem I also got to coach athletes for the stage.

The thrill and self-satisfaction I got from helping these people was amazing knowing that not only were you helping them drop some unwanted kilos but completely change their whole lifestyle and attitude to life was amazing, the most rewarding feeling in the world.
