ABOUT ME:

I was born on the Gold Coast, Australia in 1988.

Gymnastics training with a Russian coach in my early years ignited in me the energy and focus to compete physically at an elite level. 

Continuing in the field of strict discipline and physical training, I transitioned to ballet in my teens where I developed a keen eye for physical proportion, balance and movement, and an interest in diet and core strength conditioning.

It was a natural progression then to expand this interest into body sculpting and fitness. Weights training, and a desire to gain professional qualifications in personal training, group fitness and aquatic exercise lead me to a career in the fitness industry. In 2006, at age 17, I established my personal training business, and started competing nationally and internationally in Ms Fitness.

I have always enjoyed helping other people achieve their goals, regardless of the field, and personal training allows me to help people in a specific way by enhancing their quality of life by making them look and feel fit and fantastic!

The passion and excitement involved in competing in Ms Fitness has only grown stronger over the years which has resulted in me winning many prestigious titles, the most recent being Ms Fitness Universe INBA.

I enjoy the challenge of elite competition in at least one international season per year, and look forward to building on my strengths as an international fitness competitor over the coming years, as well as continuing to build on the wonderful friendships I’ve made all over the world.
