About Me:

I have wanted to compete since I was about 10 Years old my dad was a huge influence as he always brought home old Muscle and Fitness magazines and I was just blown away at the bodies I came across, my mum also gave me her old "pumping iron" book with Corey Everson, Rachel Mclish and Gladys Portugues they were and still are my idols.

My journey started with working in the fitness industry as an Aerobics Instructor which I was 18 at the time teaching Les Mills programs such as Body Step, Body Attack and Body Jam.

It wasn't until Mick introduced me to playing with the iron out the back of the gym that my desire to compete became stronger, baby muscles started to form.

Our interests were quite similar so we started attending the regular Body Building shows held on the Goldcoast, the seed was planted. Every comp I go to I still get that same spine tingling feeling i can't wait to get back up on stage. I have meet some pretty amazing people in this sport. And it has helped me grow in so many different areas.
