I am a Personal Trainer on the Sunshine Coast and have for the past couple of years, dedicated a lot of time to training for various figure competitions for various federations. During this time, I have gained so much experience and knowledge in different training techniques and nutritional requirements for preparing for a figure competition.

I have discovered first hand, how your body responds to specific training and strict nutritional requirements.

Having prepared for several shows, I am well aware of the physical, mental and psychological strain one must endure, before getting up on stage to shine. But like any sport, it is this journey that captures us; such a huge learning experience, personal accomplishment and significant challenge that makes it such a rewarding experience and perhaps is why its so addictive!

I began training in a gym when I was 17. I was always very slim and athletic and loved running. When I began University, I started my first ever program at the Uni gym. Needless to say, I spent more and more time training, and less time studying!

Influenced by my older sister, we continued to trained together and entered our gym 12 week challenges.  As I am genetically muscular, I respond well to weight training and love seeing the results. Hence, an addiction began!

Everywhere I have lived, I have had a personal trainer, and have only recently had the financial backing to be able to participate in Figure competitions.

There is such great satisfaction and confidence that comes with creating and maintaining the fittest and healthiest person you can be. To be muscular and feminine, strong and healthy is the ultimate state of being.
goals and future aspirations

I hope to continue competing in figure competitions in the future, and hope to get the opportunity to compete overseas. I also endeavour to continue to learn and develop skills in training, nutrition, health and fitness to grow as a Personal Trainer and develop my business in the near future.
